I am a Colorado native, in fact, I grew up in Elizabeth! I attended the University of Denver, where I was enrolled in the Conservatory Program at the Lamont School of Music. While my degree is in Performance, I learned that for me to become the best Music Teacher I can be, I'd first have to become the best performer. Later, I completed the Alternative Teacher Certification program through CDE and Douglas County Schools.

I was always involved in Theatre, Music Theatre and Opera in whatever capacity I could be. From being on the stage, under it as part of the pit orchestra or behind the scenes running the show. My love for all things Music and Music Theatre has never ceased, and I am constantly inspired by the world around me.

I love teaching at PCK, and as I venture into my 17th year of teaching here, I find I love it more today than I ever have. I feel truly blessed to teach at PCK.
